Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce went viral for their midnight kiss on New Year’s Eve, but that wasn’t their last public sighting on January 1. The Daily Mail obtained photos of them out for a drive in Kansas City, Missouri later that morning.

Kelce drove Swift in his Rolls Royce. Swift sat alongside him with her hair down; she appeared to be in a long-sleeve top with layered necklaces. Beauty-wise, she wore a red lip and cat-eye. Kelce sported a beanie.

The outfit change comes after Swift wore her hair up in a bun with a silver Clio Peppiatt minidress at the New Year’s party that she and Kelce attended. See photos of the pair on their drive here.

More photos of Swift and Kelce posing at the party with Patrick and Brittany Mahomes emerged on social media yesterday. Swift had her arm around Kelce in the shot of the two couples.

Kelce also got attention for his reaction to designer Jeff Hamilton posting yesterday about Kelce and Swift wearing matching varsity jackets. “Taylor Swift wearing a Jeff Hamilton off white Wool & Leather Kansas City Chiefs jacket for the victory of the @chiefs vs the @bengals today,” Hamilton wrote. Kelce expressed his approval in emojis: “🔥🔥🔥🙌🙌🙌”

Swift and Kelce spent both Christmas and New Year’s Eve together. Kelce had games both days, which Swift attended. On Christmas, her immediate family joined her.

A source spoke to Daily Mail later about how special Swift’s Christmas with Kelce was. Her parents, Andrea and Scott, and brother Austin spent the day with Kelce and his father.

“Seeing their families together on such a special holiday was the best gift ever for Taylor,” a source close to her said. “She’s never had this happen before, and it made the holiday the most meaningful one for her. Her friends think that this is just more proof that Travis is going to be a Swiftie for life. Of course Travis was bummed that they did not win the game [that day]. But he is at the point in his career where he does not let this get to him too much and is looking forward to the next game.” The Chiefs, of course, went on to win their game against the Bengals on New Year’s Eve.
