Ellin bought the house in 2004 and gave it a number of premium upgrades. According to Ellin, the house underwent a thorough renovation and now includes high-end appliances, marble, custom cabinets, and Moroccan/Spanish design elements that were inspired by our travels. It’s a very special place to reside and the best spot for a party. There is a pool, a built-in grill, a fire pit, and a huge brick terrace on the lovely grounds.

 

The three-story home’s entrance features a dramatic foyer with a grand staircase and handcrafted broad wood plank flooring throughout. The first floor features a stunning formal dining room with custom built-ins and a silver leaf coffered ceiling.

A few steps separate the expansive living area from the family room, which features a wood-burning fireplace and a Moroccan-style seating rotunda. Nearby is a distinctive chef’s kitchen with marble countertops, a seating island, and a butler’s pantry. A spacious breakfast area is surrounded on all sides by French doors leading to the backyard, allowing ample natural light to enter.

On the second level is the expansive main room. It is equipped with a balcony, a seating area, and a fireplace. The contemporary, all-white master ensuite is elegant. It is equipped with a Jacuzzi jacuzzi and a steam shower. The third floor contains a large, fully-equipped gym, three children’s bunk beds, a guest bedroom, and a toilet. As you might expect, Johnson has a custom-built indoor basketball court. You can witness your friends’ behavior through a window in the game area if you wish to simply observe.
