Statler fell for Dempsey because of her English accent so she could not wait to fly over and meet her love. The only issue was she did not tell her that she planned on moving to Darlington if things went well. Unfortunately, the moment that Statler got across the pond, she fell ill. However, when she laid eyes on her 90 Day Fiance sweetheart, she suddenly felt all better. The two were very happy to be together until Statler came to stay with Dempsey and learned she had an interesting setup. It appeared that they could not live in the same home if need be and maybe Statler was a bit spoiled.

Luckily, Statler adapted and got along with all those that Dempsey needed her to meet. Then, she started to really rush their romance with love and wanting to move in. This was a bit much for Dempsey who felt that maybe she should move nearby if this were to happen. Finally, things really hit a wall for the 90 Day Fiance duo when it came to children. Dempsey really wanted kids but Statler had given her the impression that she was up in the air about it. She actually had no desire for them at all and that seemed to be a dealbreaker. Was it?

According to In Touch Weekly, it seems that it is very much in the air. Dempsey did come to visit Statler in Texas back in April 2023 which she shared on Instagram. However, after that, the rest is still a mystery. This would make sense as many times the cast must keep their current statuses a mystery until after the tell-all.

Statler’s Issues

There is a legitimate reason why 90 Day Fiance star Statler does not want to have children. She was adopted as a baby and has felt rejected ever since. So, she does not know if having kids or adoption would be something that is right for her. Additionally, she has been around the block a lot when it comes to the ladies and has a lot of trust issues. This was a hindrance for Dempsey but she learned to adapt. Yet, the no-children thing might be a hurdle they cannot overcome.
