General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that a mysterious, handsome and charming stranger walked into Kelly’s diner and this intrigued the naturally curious Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).
When he left her cash for a homeless man lingering outside, she was impressed and he vowed to return for one of her famous hamburgers.
Why would she have any reason to suspect that he is anything other than what he seems—a visitor to Port Charles who was told that Kelly’s was an excellent eatery?

Does Pikeman (Charles Mesure) know who Carly is, and target her as a result? She is Sonny Corinthos’s ex-wife and Pikeman is irritated with Sonny at the moment. Sonny informed Pikeman’s henchman that he won’t play ball again until he gets an answer.
Sonny has been moving Pikeman’s merch through Port Charles’ waterways but he wants more info than he’s been given and is playing hardball.
Did he make a mistake by taking a hard line with Pikeman? His lacky Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) thinks so and said as much to Sonny.
GH Spoilers – Pikeman Brings Trouble to PC
CarSon fans do not like Sonny being with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and believe that Carly and Sonny are meant to be together after decades of history and involvement. They are speculating that Pikeman’s presence may be the thing that reunites these two co-parents.
If Pikeman knows exactly who Carly is, and her ties to Sonny, things could get dangerous real soon. Perhaps he will threaten Carly to get to Sonny. If so, Sonny will move heaven and earth to save his baby mama.
Things are about to go south for him and Nina due to her turning in Carly to the SEC and it makes sense that Nina’s betrayal plays a part in CarSon’s reunion.
Of all of Sonny’s past partners, Carly is the most experienced at playing by the rules of his dangerous mob game.
It could be that she gets the jump on Pikeman, thus helping Sonny to take him down. If so, we can easily see these two bonding via their mutual love and understanding.

But before that, it could be that Carly and Pikeman get close. They clearly were impressed with one another during their brief initial encounter.
However this intriguing plot evolves, one thing is certain: the writers intend to bring Carly back into Sonny’s orbit.
