*Kenyon Martin reacted to LeBron James’ heated exchange with Houston Rockets head coach Ime Udoka on Saturday night.
During the Lakers/Rockets matchup, Udoka said the word “b—-” several times, which got James’ attention.
“We all grown men,” James said to Udoka. “That b—- word ain’t cool, don’t use it so loosely. Don’t use that word so loosely. Nah, don’t use it so loosely, though. Don’t use it so loosely.”
James and Udoka received technical fouls as a result of the incident. This was Udoka’s second technical foul, so he was ejected., Lakers Daily reports.
Martin believes James should have challenged Udoka for using the b-word on the court. Watch his commentary in the X/Twitter clip below.
“For a coach to have those things to say, I think Bron should’ve taken it a little further in that moment. You callin’ people bitches out here, let’s see who your talkin’ about, dog?” Martin stated on Gilbert Arenas’ podcast.
After the Lakers 107-97 win over the Rockets, James and Udoka did not clarify the situation.
James told reporters that their conversation was about “Thanksgiving. How much we enjoyed Thanksgiving.”
Udoka said, “We had some conversation, and they don’t like what they heard, the refs.”
