Sylvester Stallone isn’t letting his 70s slow him down one bit.
The actor demonstrated his stellar strength by showing off part of his impressive gym routine on Instagram Tuesday.
The Rocky actor made it clear that age wasn’t keeping him from feeling great, pairing a video of him doing pull-ups with a 100lb weight attached to his waist with a wry caption: ‘Another easy workout! You’re only as old as you and your joints feel! LOL.’

The Rambo star appeared strong as ever in the clip, donning head-to-toe black and wearing a belt with weights attached around his center.
Sly’s brawny arms were on full display as he raised his own body weight for several repetitions.
As he lifted himself, the star revealed a pair of bright red sneakers offsetting his dark outfit.

The -year-old cheekily locked his daughters Sistine and Sophia out of the house in a playful video which he captioned: ‘It’s so great to be back from the dead!’

Surprisingly, this is the second death hoax involving the actor in recent years.
Fans were left baffled back in September 2016 after a fake news story – allegedly from US news site CNN and claiming the Rocky actor had been found dead at his LA home – was being shared on Facebook.
It was later exposed as a sick hoax linked to a website known for sharing celebrity death hoaxes.
