On December 15, social network users were abuzz with the news that Lisa (Blackpink) took off her clothes during a performance at the Crazy Horse Show in Paris, France. The video went viral on many adult platforms and websites.

Notably, the video with Crazy Horse’s logo attached makes many people mistakenly think about its authenticity.

According to Ten Aisa, through “KaiCatch” – an application that detects “deepfake” of KAIST (Korea Institute of Science and Technology), the video related to Lisa was confirmed to be the product of collage. The results displayed after analysis show that the photos shared on social networks are not related to Blackpink members.

Many people took advantage of the public’s harsh reaction to Lisa’s performance at the Crazy Horse Show in October to launch unhealthy products.

Because the Crazy Horse bar is famous for its wild and hot performances from female dancers, many people mistakenly think the video includes Lisa’s presence.

“Deepfake” is a composite medium that has been digitally manipulated to replace one person’s portrait with another’s.

“deepfake” Often created using advanced AI technology, it is also very difficult to distinguish between real and fake. When this technology is abused, acts of fraud, defamation, spreading fake news and advertising appear more and more, causing chaos in society.

Not only Blackpink members, many other female stars are also in the same situation. Illegal websites have put the faces of SNSD, TWICE, Red Velvet, NewJeans, IVE, Blackpink, IU, Aespa on unhealthy products. Celebrities are prime targets for criminals.
