HEROIC DADDY: Mohamed Salah dressed himself as Maui from the Disney flick Moana to celebrate his daughter’s birthday
Mo Salah sets a good example for other fathers by dressing up like Maui from the Disney flick Moana for his daughter’s fifth birthday.
The Liverpool forward shared an Instagram photo in which he appears to be the protagonist of the 2016 film.
“Behold, Moana!” exclaims Maui. Salah wrote the caption for the photo. Best wishes on your special day!
As part of his quest, the Egyptian wears a leaf skirt and a green Hawaiian flower neck garland; Disney triumphs.
Salah also posted a photo of himself with his child and a birthday cake, as well as a slew of balloons.
Reds fans are keen to see the 26-year-old in full strength against Manchester United this weekend.
The knowledge that Paul Pogba and David De Gea would not be playing for Manchester United on Sunday at Old Trafford cheered the Anfield faithful.
De Gea was forced to withdraw from Spain’s Euro 2020 qualifier against Sweden on Friday night, while Paul Pogba is still recovering from an ankle injury suffered in a 0-0 draw with Arsenal last month.
For the time being, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has projected David’s absence, saying, “David needs a scan, I think he will be out,” according to Sky Sports.
Following last night’s events, it appears plausible to assume that this is one of such instances.
Paul returned after being injured and worked extremely hard.
He returned to action and played a number of games while in discomfort.
“He had a scan after the Arsenal game and maybe needed a few weeks’ rest in a boot,” in which case “hopefully he will not be too long,” or “he will not make this game, no.”
