Carly Second Guesses The Conversation She Cut Short With Nina

General Hospital (GH) spoilers gush that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) had tears in her eyes when she stormed out of GH and left Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) with her own self-loathing thoughts on Christmas Eve.

Carly just wanted to get home to her children and celebrate the rest of what the night had to offer, but instead she was wasting time on her ex-husband’s new wife’s guilt and saccharine plea for forgiveness.

It doesn’t make much sense to Carly right now, but it sure will in hindsight when the truth comes out.

Nina was regurgitating her apologies and asking for mercy from Carly without actually having to say what she has done — or that she’s done something Carly doesn’t know about. The more Carly thinks about their odd conversation, the more she’ll start to wonder.

General Hospital Spoilers — Nina Reeves On Repeat

Carly was her usual self with Nina — who always seems to be long-winded and struggles to get to the point. Anyone could see Carly’s patience wearing thin as she tried to manage her nemesis with grace on the festive holiday, but Nina just couldn’t let sleeping dogs lie.

Dredging up the pain and hardships Carly had gone through this year was the tip of the iceberg.

Nina soon found herself apologizing for things that she has already apologized for, and rehashing old grievances that Carly had long put to bed.

It made no sense, but it was easy for Carly to chalk it up to just being Nina — who rarely makes sense — and Carly doesn’t have time for nonsense.

GH Spoilers – Hint the Truth Is About To Come Out

It’s just around the corner. Nina may barely ring in the new year with her new family before they all find out what she’s really been up to and who she really is — a vicious and vindictive woman out for blood.

She said it herself; she wanted Carly to feel pain the way she did when she lost Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier).

Nina is all about an eye for an eye, which leads us to question what she’ll be feeling when the truth comes out and she is blamed for everything she’s done. After all, Nina is never anything but the victim.

General Hospital Spoilers — Carly Spencer’s Gut Feeling

Carly won’t be able to shake the feeling that something is amiss with Nina, and she just might confide in the one person she has around right now that she knows will understand — Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero).

Carly knows Olivia has to work with Nina now, but she might think that could work to her advantage if Olivia has also noticed something is off with Nina.

When Olivia also gives Carly the feeling that something isn’t right, she may start to suspect Olivia knows more than she’s letting on.
