On October 17, GQ magazine released a set of fashion photos and a conversation with Timothée Chalamet in a special issue. The shoot took place in an abandoned area in Red Hook, Brooklyn, New York. Editor Daniel Riley said the actor and photographer Cass Bird worked well together and were incredibly successful, which made them decide to choose five covers.

In the photo series, Chalamet creates an unconventional, sexy style with a bisexual twist. In one photo, the actor poses with a Ralph Lauren tank top, tailored and standard Courrèges pants, Saint Laurent boots, Cartier watch and necklace.
