Lady Gaga and Bono wow the crowd with a powerful duet as she crashes U2’s concert in Las Vegas

Lady Gaga made a surprise appearance on Wednesday as she joined U2 for a duet at their gig in Sphere, Las Vegas.

The Just Dance hitmaker, 37, looked nothing short of sensational as she was brought up on the glitzy stage to sing Shallow, All I Want Is You and I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For.

Rock veteran, Bono, introduced the Poker Face star to the stage as ‘the most audacious, vivacious woman in any room she’s ever in. Would you welcome to our turntable, the divine — the divinyl!— Lady Gaga.’

Gaga gave Bono, 63, a run for money as she casually belted out three songs at the three billion-dollar venue.

She stunned in a bike chick leather jacket and large black statement sunglasses.

The Bloody Mary singer gave her petite frame a boost in black platform shoes.

In awe, Bono continued to sing her actress’s praises. He screamed: ‘Take it to the Elvis chapel!’ in a breakdown in the middle of ‘I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For’.

‘You are the vestal virgin of Las Vegas!’ Bono went on to tell his fund duet partner.

The Judas star was pictured grinning cheek to cheek as she joined Bono, The Edge, 62, Adam Clayton, 63, and drummer Bram van den Berg, 41.

At 336 feet tall and 516 feet wide, the Sphere has been described as the largest spherical structure in the world that comes complete with a 160,000 wraparound LED display, 164,000 speakers, along with 4D capabilities.

For now it is the home of the iconic Irish rockers’ U2:UV Achtung Baby Live at Sphere residency, who are playing more than two dozen performances scheduled through December 16.

Gaga was returning to what until recently was her own stomping grounds in Nevada.

But this was not the only surprise she treated her fans to this month, as she is still fresh from vamping it up with the Rolling Stones on Thursday at the 500-capacity Racket Club in Chelsea, New York.

She put fans into a frenzy when she started a dance-off with the Rock ‘n’ Roll King of Moves, Mick Jagger, as she made a cameo on stage at the surprise gig.

Gaga was there to showcase her duet with the band, Sweet Sounds of Heaven, from the album.

She also tried to give Mick a run for his money as she busted some moves on stage while belting out the new hit.

Mick matched her energy and showed off his signature moves as the duo harmonized together in front of the star-studded crowd.

Gaga commanded attention for her surprise cameo. The songstress dazzled in a red and black sequined jumpsuit with flared legs and a plunging neckline.

She finished the look with a pair of black platform shoes.

Mick, meanwhile, had on a checked jacket, which he took off mid-performance.

The late Tina Turner previously revealed in an interview with Daily Mail that Mick learned to dance from his mother.

She said: ‘Mick wanted to dance – and I was a dancer – but he never gave me the credit! He said his mother taught him how to dance. But we worked with him in the dressing room, me and the girls, and we taught him how to Pony.’

Hackney Diamonds, which was released on Friday, is the Rolling Stones’ 31st studio album and the first without their late bandmate Charlie Watts.

Charlie passed away aged 80 in August 2021, surrounded by his family in hospital – weeks after he pulled out of US tour to recover from emergency heart surgery.
