The Bold and the Beautiful viewers were certain Bill Spencer was going to wind up with Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda). But, it looks like her sister Penelope “Poppy” Nozawa is the one who has caught the publishing tycoon’s eye.

Last month on B&B, Bill Spencer bumped in to Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) and her mother having lunch.

Bill was clearly rattled by Poppy and swore he knew her, but she insisted they had never met before.  Interestingly, B&B spoilers say Bill and Poppy will be spending a lot more time together.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that next week on the CBS soap Bill and Poppy will go out on a date.  It sounds like the two have a past, and Poppy may have ulterior motives.  It will certainly be interesting to see how this storyline plays out.

Then again, Dollar Bill is no slouch, he may have finally remembered where he knows Poppy from and be playing her.

B&B Spoilers – Is Bill Spencer Luna Nozawa’s Father?

The Bold and the Beautiful rumor mill is convinced that Bill is Luna’s father.  Maybe that’s why Poppy agrees to go on a date with Bill Spencer, and decides to break the news to him that he has another adult child he didn’t know existed over spaghetti and steak?

Poppy has a rocky relationship with her sister Li Finnegan.  Bill Spencer could be the straw that breaks the camels back and starts a full-blown war between the sisters.  Is Poppy just canoodling with Bill to upset Li Finnegan?
