To her credit, Khloe, 39, has been open about going under the knife and the reasons behind her decision to do so.

She even came clean about having a rhinoplasty after the birth of her daughter, True Thompson, now 5.

However, fans believe that the Good American co-founder has undergone multiple plastic surgeries since that first procedure due to her, seemingly, constantly shrinking nose.

CLEARING THE AIR

In 2021, Khloe confirmed she had a nose job after years of speculation.

The then-36-year-old opened up about the surgery during the Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s Reunion Special — but slammed reports she’s had a whole new face.

“I’ve had one nose job!” Khloe asserted.

“Everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me! You’re the first person that’s ever asked me in an interview about my nose,” she continued.

“I’ve done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox.”

Over the years, Khloe had been accused of altering her appearance on numerous occasions, with trolls often saying she appeared to have a “new face.”

The Los Angeles native, who is also regularly accused of Photoshopping her images, revealed that she was left struggling with self-image issues as the E! show went on.

“When the show first started, I was very secure. Then, during the first couple of seasons, I became insecure because of the public opinions of myself,” she shared.

And while she went through a period of feeling confident, she admitted to Andy that she was finding it hard again.

“Recently I’ve become, now, insecure again,” she confessed before adding, “So I guess it just goes, you know, up and down.”

NO FILTER

Last week, Khloe’s appearance had fans begging her to get help after she revealed her real nose, without filters or photo editing, while out with her sisters in Aspen, Colorado.

The TV personality dressed for the cold in a full-length, faux fur coat and paired it with an equally furry black bucket hat.

Fans seemed to be less concerned with her winter wardrobe and instead were distracted by her nose.

The Kardashian fans rushed to Reddit to discuss how they felt it looked off.

“That poor nose & lips!” one person exclaimed as another lamented, “This is sad.”

“Not even the giant hat can hide that botched nose,” a third noted.

“There is definitely something going on with her nose tip. Maybe this why she tilts her head upwards a lot, as it is less noticeable that way,” another commented.

“Hope she gets help. Surgeries don’t fix what is going on inside ourselves.”

A NEW PERSON

Fans expressed their concern again after pictures emerged earlier this month of Khloe attending her nephew Saint’s basketball game.

The 39-year-old was seen in Los Angeles looking as stylish as ever but fans expressed worry about her nose.

One photo showed the TV star wearing an oversized coat with large sunglasses as she exited an SUV.

The snapshots were shared on Reddit where users spotted something amiss with the mother of two’s nose.

“Has her nasal valve completely collapsed already?” one asked.

“Can she breathe adequately through that nose or is it mostly decorative at this point?” another person asked.

“She’s realllly messed her nose up. What a shame,” another added.

During an episode of The Kardashians, Khloe admitted that comments made by her mom, Kris Jenner, 68, pushed her into going under the knife.

“I had the most confidence. I was chubby and in a skintight bodycon dress, you couldn’t tell me otherwise. Society gave me insecurities,” Khloe said.

“Who knows if I never heard mom talk about my nose if I ever would have got a nose job,” she added.

While Khloe has opened up about one nose job, a plastic surgery expert believes there might be more tweaks behind her look.

Dr. Barrett, a Beverly Hills cosmetic surgeon, said Khloe looks like a “new person.”

“Khloe was open about her recent rhinoplasty. However, in these recent photos, she looks almost unrecognizable,” he said.

“This looks like a combination of her rhinoplasty as well as added fillers.

“The space between her nose and lip looks longer, which is a combination of aging as well as a result of a smaller nose. This can create a more ‘done’ look or an overall less natural appearance.”

Though he thinks the filler and rhinoplasty are “the most apparent” and “most noticeable at a glance,” he added that “Khloe definitely looks like a new person.”

FAN THEORIES

Last month, Khloe stunned fans with her appearance.

Some claimed that her face has changed so drastically the reality TV star now resembles a wax figure.

Khloe appeared in a white turtle neck with her hair slicked back in the season finale of The Kardashians.

After the episode, viewers discussed her changing appearance on Reddit.

She smiled in the close-up shot, sporting her naturally wavy brown hair and no makeup.

It appeared side-by-side with a photo of Tatum that Khloe’s sister Kim posted on social media.

The youngster adorably smiled at the camera, showing off his chubby cheeks and short brown hair.

“Tatum is a total copy of Khloe,” the caption said of the mother-son duo’s striking resemblance.

While responding to another comment, Khloe revealed a regret she had about the cosmetic procedure when discussing the overall experience.
