In the third pic, Kim is standing up, holding onto the dumbbells, this time by her side, with a number of cans placed on the floor.

The final sH๏τ sees the Kardashian sitting back onto the bench, staring directly at the camera while curling the mini dumbbell, with a can placed on the floor between her feet.

She captioned the post: “KIMADE. Coming soon with @AlaniNutrition [lemon and love heart emojis]”.

 

Her legion of 362million followers were quick to flock to the comments section, with many criticising the post, as one wrote: “We all know she doesn’t drink this [laughing emoji].”

A second said: “What muscles does she have lmfaooo”, while a third added: “Really? You also go to the gym in a bathing suit and heels.”
