General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) has just been granted permission from Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) to re-enter the family home. While they’re still a far cry from feeling like a married couple, these lovebirds could be on their way back to normal.

They might even have the potential to end up in a better place than they were before. Of course, that possibility rests on whether or not Michael can bring himself to be brutally honest with his wife — and he hasn’t been.

General Hospital Spoilers — Willow Thinks There Are No More Secrets

Michael is still sitting on the truth about his relationship with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). Michael might have walked away from the vendetta against his father.

He didn’t walk away from working with Dex behind Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) back altogether as Willow thinks. When the truth comes out, will it spell the end of Michael and Willow’s marriage?

GH Spoilers — Carly’s Face Said It All

When Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) came charging through the woods to stop Sonny from putting a bullet in Dex and silencing him forever, he couldn’t believe how bold she was to track him down there.

It was never a question in Sonny’s mind that Carly supported his business, but he couldn’t wrap his head around the idea that she thought he was so weak that he couldn’t protect himself anymore.

The changed man who re-entered their lives after returning from Nixon Falls definitely gave Carly pause, but this was extreme —- even for her.

It only took a moment for the pieces to fall into place in Sonny’s mind, and he left convinced that it wasn’t Carly who was paying Dex, but Michael.

She didn’t have to confirm that she was taking the fall for their son; the writing was on the wall, and the truth was all over her face.

General Hospital Spoilers — Hint Sonny Knows the Truth

Just because Sonny knows Michael has been paying Dex to spy on his business activities doesn’t mean he’s going to pursue ruining his son’s life.

He’s been working hard to rise above low blows like that, and his recent scuffle with Cyrus Renault (Neff Kober) serves as a reminder that he can’t let his feelings get the best of him in that way.

Besides, he could never harm a hair on Michael’s head. That doesn’t mean he’ll move forward able to trust him though.

GH Spoilers — Willow Reneges

Willow has only just let Michael back into the family home, their bed and her heart. She did so upon a mutual understanding that she and Michael would have no more secrets between them.

So when this doozie surfaces, she may be back at square one and blindsided as to why Michael didn’t keep her abreast of the developments in his working relationship with Dex, as well as why he never told her Dex was the plant in Sonny’s organization.

It’s quite likely that Sonny may find himself in what feels like familiar territory to Willow. Will she be able to set aside her own pain to encourage Sonny to consider that Michael had the best of intentions?
