She lucked out that Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) offered her such an honorable role at such a low time in her life. Her professional reputation spiraled into oblivion after the truth about her double agent days in the WSB came to light.
Taking Laura up on her offer came at just the right time for Anna to get the upper hand in the case to find the Metro Court Pool shooter, but she’s going to find a lot more than that in this role.
