Beyonce was among the stars who gathered in Atlanta, Georgia, on Saturday to celebrate the unveiling of Tyler Perry Studios.

Perry, an actor, writer and producer best known for his Madea series, is the first African-American to own a studio outright and without corporate backing.

His studio complex situated on 330 acres is one of the largest in the United States.

Beyonce shared photos of herself at the event with husband Jay-Z as she stepped out wearing a custom-made Yousef Al Jasmi yellow beaded gown.

She joined celebrities Denzel Washington, Whoppi Goldberg, Spike Lee, Halle Berry and Oprah Winfrey at the event.
