Rihanna just bought the full-floor condo last year, plunking down $21 million for it at the time.
She never even moved in.
Now the 36-year-old has listed it for just under $25 million – a nice one-year profit.
The four-bedroom, 5.5-bath penthouse at The Century skyscraper spans the building’s entire 40th floor, with more than 9,000 square feet of living space.

Rihanna bought it from billionaire tech company Afterpay co-founder Nick Molnar in April last year, after he previously purchased it from late Friends star Matthew Perry less than two years earlier.
The condo’s features include four separate outdoor terraces facing in different directions, offering magnificent panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Island, the Downtown LA skyline, the San Gabriel mountains and snowcapped Mount Baldy.

The enormous great room features a space for dining, a decked out game room, and plush movie theater.

The new tenant will have some pretty fancy neighbors, including actor Denzel Washington and Candy Spelling, who’s two-floor penthouse sits just above Rihanna’s on the 41st and 42nd floors.
ROOM TO GROW?
Rihanna has not revealed why she is selling the magical home, but she could be looking for an even bigger abode, for what many fans believe could be her growing family.
The Grammy winner has fans speculating if she and her boyfriend, A$AP Rocky, are going to be having another child together after some of her recent sightings.
Rihanna and A$AP already share two children together, RZA and Riot, whom they had between 2022 and 2023.

Last week, she went to India to perform at a wedding, but the singer’s physique quickly became the topic of conversation.
The pop singer was wearing a bright green lace floor-length dress with long sleeves and a slit up the side.
She wasn’t wearing any shoes, and the dress was skin-tight showing off her figure.
After a clip of the concert was posted online, fans were convinced that she was pregnant with her third child.
