WWE recently honored Bray Wyatt‘s legacy by launching a documentary about him. However, it seems like the tributes and honors will not stop just there. New speculations suggest that Wyatt’s ideas will be brought to life further by his co-stars, who worked with him in the Stamford-based company. As a result, reports have suggested that Bo Dallas and Matt Hardy would return to the promotion.
There have been many hints regarding the possibility of Uncle Howdy’s return alongside the older Hardy brother. Monday Night Raw 04/22 seems to be the likely show when the two of them could enter the fray officially.
Fruits of Bray Wyatt’s labors could present itself in WWE soon enough
On April 22nd, 2019, we saw Bray Wyatt introduce the Firefly Fun House through a funny yet unsettling promo segment. This eventually gave birth to the concepts that we now remember the Wyatt family by. Bo Dallas’ Uncle Howdy was also introduced following this incident, and so was Matt Hardy‘s ‘broken’ gimmick. This year, April 22nd also falls on a Monday. So, there is a possibility that the ‘mystery code’ that we saw on last Monday Night Raw could have been a teaser for what we will see on 22nd April.
The upcoming weekly show is taking place in Columbia, Ohio. So, there is a possibility that Alexa Bliss might also return alongside Uncle Howdy and Matt Hardy. While Howdy’s return has gained traction over the past several weeks, ‘The Broken One’ has been teasing his own return to WWE through various social media posts.
Unlike the ex-WWE star, reports claim that Bo Dallas hasn’t left WWE and is still signed under a contract. So, it may be about time that they use him to continue the legacy that Bray Wyatt left behind and honor his memory. Meanwhile, the older Hardy brother continues to tease his return to familiar territory.
Matt Hardy continues to fuel the fires of his return
Firstly, the wrestling legend was rumored to appear at WrestleMania XL to interfere in the Six-Pack Ladder, where the Undisputed Tag Team Championships were at stake. But his absence from the match suggested that perhaps these were merely rumors. Now, following the QR code shown on the red brand’s last episode, fans saw an artistic image with little context.
Shortly after the incident, Matt Hardy uploaded a picture of him standing in front of a pair of wings. A bird was one element in the image that the QR code showed. This is merely one of the few other reasons that suggests Matt Hardy’s eventual return to the Stamford-based company.
Do you believe we’ll see Uncle Howdy and Matt Hardy return to the promotion next week on Raw?
