Her outing comes just five days after she revealed on her Instagram that’s she’s taking a break from social media.

Anne, who posted a clip of a lit candle along with the message, wrote: ‘I wanted to let you know I am taking a pause from Instagram and Facebook. Until next we meet.’\

Anne and her husband Adam, 35, welcomed son Jonathan on March 24 in Los Angeles.

The new parents married in September 2012 in Big Sur, California after dating for four years.
