“Your body is beautiful at all stages,” Kourtney, 45, noted in the piece detailing how her body’s recovering after having her fourth child.
“During pregnancy as we are glowing and growing, postpartum as we are healing and shrinking, and then that period I find the hardest as our bodies are still adjusting,” she continued.
The Kardashians star then revealed that she tries to think positively about her shapely physique and not have unrealistic expectations of regaining her small frame.
“And if you’re breastfeeding, that’s a whole other part of it. I try to be kind to myself as my body finds a new normal.
“The pressure put on us to bounce back when everything is new and different isn’t realistic,” Kourtney added.

She then shared some resources that have been helpful for her while caring for a newborn, including carving out time for herself.
“It’s nice when mom can take an hour to herself and dad can take some extra time to bond with the baby,” the Hulu star said.
Kourtney continued, “At the very beginning, it’s all about eating warm, nourishing foods, keeping [your] hair dry and not going outside.
“I started taking walks outside with the baby after about a week or two to get some fresh air.
“I also kept very cozy, nurturing vibes at home like drinking different hot teas throughout the day and playing relaxing jazz music (and Christmas music because it was that time of year),” the TV personality concluded.
She posted a similar message on her Instagram Stories last month, garnering a slew of supportive comments.
Kourtney has had a nurturing attitude regarding her post-baby body since welcoming Rocky in November, which fans have repeatedly praised on social media.
Last week, the Lemme founder received positive feedback from her followers after sharing a vulnerable message about not feeling her best.
She posted a behind-the-scenes pic from a promotional shoot for the upcoming fifth season of her family’s reality series, The Kardashians.
Dressed in a skintight, tan dress, Kourtney didn’t look excited to pose for the photos, which she confirmed in her caption,
“I was 3 months postpartum and not feeling quite ready for a big shoot like this where there’s lots and lots of people watching me all day,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians alum wrote.
“And even though my baby boy was with me all day on set it’s not the same when I’m covered in makeup, in high heels and wearing a dress versus our snuggly days at home in pajamas,” she added.
Apart from this, Kourtney has also faced brutal comparisons from her sisters, Kim, 43, and Khloe, 39, who often flaunt their incredibly tiny waistlines.

She recently clapped back at a troll who criticized her curvier figure in a photo Kim shared in honor of her birthday.
“I LOVE this photo! It is me and my sisters having the best time on a trip with our kids… and the memories to last forever,” the reality star replied.
Rocky is Kourtney’s first child with her husband, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, 48.
She is also a mom to sons Mason, 14, Reign, nine, and a daughter, Penelope, 11, with her ex, Scott Disick, 40.
