Rasmus Hojlund has ended his debut Premier League season with 10 goals and two assists.
He’s also scored five goals in the Champions League and one in the FA Cup, taking his tally up to 16 goals across competitions.
At just 21 years of age, the Manchester United forward has certainly impressed despite being restricted by injury.
In the 2-0 win over Brighton, Hojlund assisted Diogo Dalot’s opener and also scored another one. Take a look at both moments that sealed three points for the Red Devils on the final matchday.
Assisting Dalot
The goal was the result of a long pass from the midfield which fell to Hojlund, who was close to Dalot.
Considering how close they were to the goal, Hojlund could have mucked it up by attempting to score.
However, he realised Dalot was in a better position and barely skimmed the ball to the defender.
Dalot made no mistake and found the back of the net to make it 1-0.
Hojlund scores his goal
Receiving the ball from Christian Eriksen, Hojlund broke away from midfield, shaking off a couple of Brighton players.
He made his way to the front with the ball at his feet in a superb solo effort before firing it into the net.
