A Missed Honeymoon But A New Baby For Brook Lynn And Chase?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) were about to go on the trip of their lives.

Having just married the night before, the couple was set to leave for Paris on their honeymoon when they received the call that changed everything. Chase’s father, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) had passed away the night before in his sleep. Gregory died from complications of ALS.

General Hospital Spoilers – Gregory Chase knew he didn’t have much time!

Gregory knew that because of the ALS that he didn’t have much time. That’s why created a bucket of things that he wanted to do, like skydiving.

He accomplished that task accompanied by Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). He also vowed to stay alive to officiate the wedding of his youngest son, another task he managed to complete.

Unfortunately, that’s the night that tragedy struck and Gregory died peacefully in his sleep after seeing his life flash before his eyes in a dream. Gregory’s other son, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) discovered Gregory’s body the next morning.

The night Gregory died, Brook Lynn and Chase enjoyed their first night together as man and wife.

Although they most likely haven’t planned to have children this soon, there is a very good chance that Brook Lynn conceived on their wedding night.

So perhaps even as tragedy took Gregory, at the same time a new life was created. The new couple will certainly be surprised, but it will quickly turn to joy, They certainly use some good news after suffering the loss of Gregory.

Viewers may remember that just a couple years ago, Brook Lynn faked a pregnancy in order to get control back of ELQ from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

At the same time, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) needed a safe place to hide her baby from its criminal father, Peter August (Wes Ramsey).

So Brook Lynn pretended that Maxie’s baby was hers for several months until it was safe for Maxie to reclaim her.

Brook Lynn surprisingly loved being a mother, even if it was only for a short time so look for her to be ecstatic if she’s already expecting.
