Jude Bellingham will reportedly be assessed over a shoulder injury picked up during Real Madrid‘s 0-0 draw with Rayo Vallecano.
Real were held by Vallecano at home, despite a multitude of chances falling to Carlo Ancelotti‘s side.
The Spanish giants sit second in La Liga, two points behind surprise leaders Girona who beat Osasuna 4-2 on Saturday.
Back at the Bernabeu and Bellingham showed off the Kopa Trophy he won at last week’s Ballon d’Or ceremony to the fans before kick-off.
However he did suffer a shoulder injury and was seen with heavy strapping after the game, with Ancelotti insisting he has hopes the England star will be available for the Champions League.

Ancelotti said: ‘Bellingham has a problem with his shoulder. He will undergo medical tests tomorrow. I hope he can play on Wednesday against Braga.’
The 20-year-old went down in the first half clutching his shoulder, but continued on to play the whole game.
Perhaps Ancelotti was looking for some more Bellingham magic to pull the rabbit out the hat, however the Englishman finally drew a blank.
Despite having come into the match with 13 goals from his first 13 appearances, Bellingham was finally stopped from punching his mark on proceedings.
He did hit the bar however as Los Blancos smashed 20 shots on target but failed to beat Vallecano goalkeeper Stole Dimitrievski.
There will now be a nervous wait for the white side of Madrid as they must see if the damage done to Bellingham will be lasting, or if he can still play against Braga.
