Charlotte Drops Bomb After Bomb On Laura

The General Hospital recap for Friday, November 10, 2023, features Charlotte finally coming clean about Victor influencing her to keep Anna away.

Laura Collins was shocked by her granddaughter.

General Hospital Recap Highlights

Also in this episode, Anna gave Valentin what he deserved, Trina had her say, and Eddie went away. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into the details.

The Whole Awful Truth

Anna (Finola Hughes) went to the hospital to explain herself to Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). She dragged him to the 10th-floor stairwell to share her side. Much to her surprise, Valentin was overly forgiving. Then, she found out why.

Anna did all she could to blame the whole mess on Forsyth using Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) to get to her. Valentin finally came clean and told her that wasn’t how it was. It was Charlotte the whole time and he’d been covering for her. Anna punched him right in the face.

All the while, Laura (Genie Francis) checked in with Liz (Rebecca Herbst) about Charlotte…and Jake. Charlotte was primed for a full physical recovery but Liz wasn’t sure either teen would recover emotionally. Laura’s next stop was at her granddaughter’s bedside.

It took mere minutes for Charlotte to try and stir up more trouble when she heard her dad was with Anna. She seemed quite startled and warned Laura that Anna would hurt Papa. The real truth came out that Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) was the one who told her to keep Anna away from Valentin!

Yes, that’s right, Victor! Charlotte told Laura of his warnings that Anna was a no-good, violent woman who was out to kill Papa. Everything she did was to save her father! Laura was shook.

Goodbye Neddie, Hello Ned

Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) managed to untangle Ned (Wally Kurth) and bring him to shore just in the nick of time. Once on land, it took a bit of CPR to bring him back around, and boy, did Ned come around! Ned was back and Eddie was all gone. Olivia, his muse — nay, his song siren — saved his life.

Not only was Ned back but he remembered everything, even about his time as Eddie. He explained that he was there the whole time, just not completely. He even thanked Olivia for giving him the space he needed to heal.

Olivia was happy but there was one thing bothering her. She asked if it was Lois (Rena Sofer) who really kicked him back into himself. He assured her that was not the case. Sure, Lois encouraged him but it was Olivia who pulled him back.

It comes amid an increasing backlash over ‘non-crime hate incidents’, where already overstretched officers probe comments and actions not considered serious enough to constitute an offence.
