According to sources from Biz Hankook, Jennie – a member of the group BLACKPINK – just “bought” a villa in the UN Village neighborhood in Seoul (South Korea) without needing any loan. This is a famous “rich” neighborhood in Seoul, so this information has made fans extremely surprised.
According to the source, Jennie bought this luxury villa in cash, worth 3.8 million USD and then registered her new address with the local government office. The villa is 244 square meters, has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Previously, the star born in 1996 was said to have made a 10% deposit for this villa in February 2021.
Information about Jennie’s new house was posted right when YG Entertainment spoke up about BLACKPINK members’ contracts with the company. Accordingly, the company still affirms that it is continuing to discuss contract extension issues with the members. However, many viewers believe that Jennie and the rest of the members will not renew the contract.
