They seemed to be enjoying themselves under a sea of pricey booze
Beyonce wasn’t taking any prisoners as she celebrated her Grammy win with husband Jay-Z at Michael B Jordan’s birthday.
The musician had much to be happy about after her collaboration with Jay, Everything is Love won the award for best Urban Contemporary Album at the 61st annual Grammy Awards.
That makes it Queen Bey’s 23rd Grammy win, and the 22nd win for her husband.
She absolutely slayed in an embellished blazer, appearing to forego a bra as she coordinated her look with a white mini skirt, both of which were from celebrity designer Sergio Hudson.
Sergio Hudson has dressed some of Hollywood’s finest fashionistas including JLo, Janelle Monae, and Ariana Grande – and he’s had a hand at supermodel looks, too, styling Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin.
She kept her jewels and makeup muted with a pair of hoop earrings and a long chain necklace, with subtle smoky makeup and tousled tresses. She topped the look off with a pair of white vintage framed sunglasses.
In contrast, her husband Jay Z took dressing down to another level and rocked up to the shindig in a baseball cap and dark blue hoodie.
The pair weren’t just celebrating their accolades, they joined actor Michael B Jordan on his 32nd birthday – and slightly stole his thunder along the way.
Seriously, do all the cool people in Hollywood know one another?
In a photo the singer uploaded to Instagram, she is seen cosying up to her husband in a cute expression of adoration.
They weren’t the only ones invited to the lavish affair, with the Black Panther star putting together an enviable guest list that included Drake and Zendaya for a night he described as ‘lit.’
Earlier this month the couple pledged lifetime free tickets to any of their future solo or collaboration shows to one fan in an effort to encourage people to move towards a plant-based diet.
Beyonce directed fans to the Greenprint Project website, founded by her personal trainer. Fans can pledge to eat plant-based meals in exchange for an entry into the prize draw.
