After the release of the latest issue of Shuesia’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine was released, it was announced that One Piece will follow a four-week break after the release of One Piece Chapter 1086 in the 28th issue of the Shonen Jump magazine.

Meaning that the next chapter of One Piece which is One Piece chapter 1087 will be returning in the 33rd issue of the shonen jump magazine next month. The announcement was soon followed by a message none other than the author that had to convey things to the fans who were concerned about the sudden break.

In his message to the fans, Eiichiro Oda begins by apologizing to the fans and discussing that he has been promising the fans about One Piece is in the final saga but it will have to stop for a while for him to get his eyes done.
