‘This is a very regal night, because we are about to celebrate the Lord’s 40th birthday. Lordy, Lordy, Lordy, Scott is gonna be 40,’ Kris says to the camera.

Kylie Jenner notices Khloe is wearing a gold crown, adding, ‘Was I supposed to be regal?’ Khloe adds, ‘It’s the Lord’s birthday… what do you think I’m wearing this for?’

‘S**t… nobody told me I needed to wear a crown and s**t,’ Kylie tells Khloe, as Scott arrives with his kids Reign and Penelope, though his oldest Mason is not with them.

They all wish him a happy birthday and give him a crown and scepter, as Scott says he’s known Kylie since he was Reign’s age.

I was really just like determined to not like you and like you came into my townhouse and took up my space and I was like this guy, get out of our little place, and now I love you genuinely. I consider you my brother when I talk about you to anyone and everyone. I love you, I adore you, I want the best for you. You will find the best and the best will find you because all you deserve is greatness and I love you. Happy birthday.’

Kim adds, ‘I have known Scott for 19 years. Scott has supported me through thick and thin, cause that’s who you are,’ as Scott jokes, ‘I’ve loved you thick… and thin.’

The episode transitions to New York CIty, where Kim is on the set of American Horror Story, checking out her place in NYC, adding, ‘Such a good vibe.’

‘So I’m here in New York and I’m about to start shooting American Horror Story and we also have a big promo shoot,’ Kim says in confession.

‘I’m gonna be her off and on for four months,’ Kim tells the camera while sitting up in bed. ‘Today, before I flew here, I had a four-hour acting coach session and I feel good, I feel like I know my lines, tomorrow is the campaign. Every day is a lot, but I already had my freak-out period. My freak-out period was like, ‘Why did I do this? I’m so busy.’

Kim takes a video call from her daughter North, as Kim says, ‘Tristan texted me this morning and said, ‘Are you coming?’ And I said, ‘Nope.’

North says she went to Tristan’s game, as Kim asks if she shouted to put Tristan in, and North says they did.

‘That’s cool that your uncle plays for the Lakers! Is that not the coolest?’ Kim says, while adding in confession, ‘A big part of me getting anxiety leaving is I’m gonna miss my kids so much.’

Khloe adds in confession, ‘Kourtney and Trav have been trying to have a baby for so long, so the fact that Kourt is pregnant, I am so, so happy this happened for her.’

A producer asks if Khloe and Kris enjoyed ‘the reveal,’ where Kourtney revealed to the world that she was expecting during the Los Angeles Blink-182 concert.

Kris says, ‘Yeah,’ rather unenthusiastically, as Khloe smiles and says, ‘She found out on the news, my mom. She wasn’t very happy, rightfully so.’

‘I opened my eyes, and right in front of me… because we had left the TV on the night before, and woke up really early in the morning to see Kourtney holding this sign and I thought I was being Punk’d, and I’m like, did someone put this up? And I realized it was the ABC News. I knew she was pregnant, I didn’t know she was going to announce it.’

Khloe adds, ‘I said on Saturday, mom’s feelings are really hurt that you did this blah blah blah and she was like, “I forgot.”

I did tell Khloe about it and she asked me to change it to San Diego. It’s not about you. It just truly was our way to tell th world and it was about me and Travis, not about anything else.’

Kris starts asking about the food on the bus and how Travis likes to eat, as Kourtney adds, ‘This is why I don’t invite you guys to stuff because it’s not about you. Everything becomes about everyone and they way they want to do it and all their complaints and I’m like, ‘Ah, I see why I didn’t invite you to that other thing.’

Travis arrives on the bus and greets everyone as Kris thanks him for having them, as Kourtney says, ‘they get to experience a day in the life of tour.’

Penelope says ‘Mom please,’ as Khloe explains that, ‘she doesn’t like that your belly’s out,’ as Penelope says, ‘You’re so braggy with your stomach,’ as Kourtney says, ‘It’s for you, P.’

Khloe adds in confession, ‘Kourt loves being pregnant, she loves it loves it,’ as Travis asks, ‘Is it too much, P?’

‘No she just shows it every single morning,’ Penelope clarifies, while Khloe continues in confession, ‘And to have this experience with her and her husband I think is so sweet and it just makes me so happy for her.’

The bus takes off as Travis asks if it’s their first tour bus experience, though Khloe says it isn’t her first.
