The 43-year-old sauntered over to the set of American Horror Story: Delicate, on which she plays an acid-tongued publicist.

She exuded an air of opulence during her latest sighting, wrapped in a sumptuous, scarlet plush fur coat that fell to the ground.

In one hand she lugged along her massively oversized Hermès Birkin bag, which according to Jane Finds is worth a staggering $110,000.

Her purse of choice that day was, specifically, the Hermès Birkin 50 HAC Gris Tourterelle Shiny Porosous Crocodile Palladium Hardware bag.

Kim complemented the pewter grey handbag with a complementary silver jumpsuit that plunged to serve up a generous helping of cleavage.

Slicking her dark hair tightly back into a bun, she sharpened her screen siren feature with makeup and accessorized with a sleek pair of shades.

She balanced expertly on a towering pair of black leather stilettos that matched the glinting gloves she wore on her latest New York outing.

The Birkin bag was named for the late English songstress Jane Birkin, who shot to international fame as the muse of French singer-songwriter Serge Gainsbourg.

Over the past few decades the purses have acquired an exalted status as a social marker, signifying exclusivity and enviable wealth.

She features on the anthology series as Siobhan Corbyn, who does PR for an actress played by American Horror Story staple Emma Roberts.
