The Golden State Warriors are set to face the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday night in a big In-Season Tournament matchup. While fans and players are still adjusting to the tournament format, things are starting to take shape with the group play games wrapping up.
The Warriors have released their injury report for this game, and superstar point guard Steph Curry is not listed, meaning he is available to play. The Warriors and Kings have had some incredible matchups over the last year, and this game projects to be up there with many of those.
Draymond Green is eligible to return from his five game suspension in this one, which adds another exciting dynamic to an already highly anticipated game. Green of course had an incident with Kings center Domantas Sabonis in last year‘s opening round of the playoffs, so that will be a matchup to watch in this one.
With Curry and the rest of the Warriors set to take on Sacramento, Golden State is hoping this can be one of those momentum wins that kickstarts a bit of a run. Golden State certainly needs sone positive momentum, having struggled over the last couple weeks.
Sacramento always seems to bring the best out of the Warriors, so perhaps this can be the game they finally get things going in the right direction again.
