YG and HYBE officially spoke up about the news of Jennie – V (BTS) breaking up

The news that Jennie (BLACKPINK) and V (BTS) broke up is the focus of social media.

On December 6, Korean media reported that Jennie and V (BTS) broke up after more than a year of dating. The news that the couple broke up right before the male god BTS enlisted in the army made fans extremely surprised.

Up to now, two management companies YG and HYBE Labels have made moves after the news was posted. Both “giants” of the entertainment industry responded to the media that they “did not express a specific stance” on their artists’ privacy.

The two management companies could not give a stance on the news of Jennie and V breaking up

HYBE – YG’s move is similar to when the suspicion of Jennie and V dating broke out. At that time, the two companies said “cannot confirm because it is the artist’s private life”.

V was born in 1995, while Jennie was born in 1996 and comes from two rival music groups: BTS and BLACKPINK. But in 2022, hackers suddenly revealed a series of intimate photos of the couple. Despite the rumors spreading rapidly on social networks, both idols did not confirm it. This makes them the strangest couple in Kpop: They never confirmed they were dating but broke up.
