The Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation has released brand value rankings of girl groups for December!
According to the Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation’s big data analysis for December, BLACKPINK made their return to #1 for group brand value, followed by NewJeans, then IVE in third.
Coming off the news of their contract renewal, BLACKPINK returned to the top of the chart with a brand value index of 6,148,842, more than doubling last month’s numbers.
Charting in second is NewJeans with an index of 4,730,218, dropping from #1 despite only experiencing a 0.02% decrease from last month.
In third place is IVE with 4,547,363, dropping one position with a 1.82% decrease when compared to last month’s reputation data.
The big data analysis showed terms that were most commonly linked with BLACKPINK this month were “renew contract,” “skyrocket,” and “conclude contract.” On the other hand, the keyword analysis of the group sees “all members,” “Yang Hyun Suk,” and “YG Entertainment,” as the most commonly searched terms.
