Even Superman needs a best friend.
And on Friday Henry Cavill thankfully had his service dog with him as he boarded a flight out of Los Angeles.
The 31-year-old actor was seen arriving at LAX while accompanied by an adorable service pooch.

The hunky British star gripped onto the short leash of the beautiful black and white Akita while making his way into the international airport and travel hub.
His trusty pup had a blue vest strapped onto his body with a white patch that read ‘service dog’ and ‘full access’.
Henry showed off his buff physique on the outing in a grey top with the sleeves rolled up, grey trousers with black and red trainers.

He also accessorised the look with a forrest green sweater tied around his waist while draping a black travel bag around his shoulders.
The Man Of Steel staralso kept his short brown locks dishevelled as he sported some facial hair for the trip.
Other than his prized pooch, Henry seemed to be flying solo as he recently split with his on/off girlfriend Gina Carano.

According to an early December report fromΒ E! News, the pair ended their romance some time ago after rekindling their relationship in October 2013.
A source told the website: ‘The break-up happened a while ago.’
Henry and the 32-year-old former MMA fighter first started dating in September 2012, shortly after he ended his engagement to showjumper Ellen Whitaker.

Over the 10 days the two were spotted gallivanting around Los Angeles on various romantic outings.
Henry is set to return to his superhero role opposite Ben Affleck in the highly anticipated Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which is set for release in the spring of 2016.
