Selena Gomez has having a very busy end to her year. Between preparing to drop Rare Beauty’s new body care line, dining out with bestie Taylor Swift, and going official with her new beau, Benny Blanco, she’s been making headlines left and right. And it seems like she’s thriving inside and out while doing it.
The 31-year-old singer stepped out in New York City on December 11 and flaunted her mega-chiseled legs in sheer black tights. The rest of the adorable ‘fit consisted of a tweed miniskirt set that Selena paired with a black turtleneck and black heels. The whole look majorly highlighted her strong lower body. Warm and stylish!

If you’re wondering how Selena gets so sculpted, you’re not alone. For one thing, she works with personal trainer, nutritionist, and chef Amy Rosoff Davis, according to Byrdie.
Davis has the Selena + Chef host do a mix of interval and circuit training. Their main focus? “Building a strong core. My whole thing is toning mixed with cardio and stretching,” the trainer previously told the outlet.
Back in 2021, Selena shared a TikTok of herself and some girlfriends getting in a group workout class with Davis. They did a bunch of strength training moves, including burpees, planks, dumbbell presses, and donkey kicks while wearing ankle weights. Phew!

A few months later, Selena posted another TikTok of one of her workouts, and this time, she was doing it with her grandpa. At 73 years old, he was crushing some weighted back extensions that had Selena shook:
As for fueling her body, the “Dance Again” singer recently opened up about her favorite foods to Food Network. When it comes to breakfast food, Selena likes her eggs prepared sunny-side up, she said, and you won’t find her drinking coffee.
“I don’t really like coffee,” the actress shared.
When she’s on set, her go-to lunch is a chicken salad sandwich with grapes—and a pickle.

Selena is also a sucker for a home-cooked meal, so if it’s a random weeknight, she’s likely to eat something her Nana made. “I live with my grandparents, so we are always in the kitchen, we’re always cooking, and we have leftovers,” she said.
And her biggest guilty pleasure food? Ramen. After all, it’s so easy to make, she says.
