On Monday, Kim showed off gingerbread houses that her four children had decorated on her Instagram Stories.
Each house had a design and features provided by the kids: North, ten; Saint, eight; Chicago, five; and Psalm, four, which included customized cookie names of loved ones plastered on the roof.
But one house stood out not for its design, but rather, for who it was for.
Mixed in among the homes, the Skims co-founder revealed one home was for her ex Kanye, 47 – but ultimately refused to mention him by name.
“This is an all-gray manor for my kids’ dad,” she explained, making sure to clarify: “They wanted to order this one. To get this one for him.”
In other words, a house dedicated to the rap music star was not her idea, nor did she have the desire to have one.
Hours later, Kim deleted her video without an explanation as it wasn’t available to watch on her Stories anymore.
‘DIDN’T EVEN SAY HIS NAME’
Before it was taken off social media, the festive clip was shared on a Kardashian fan account on Instagram.
In the comments section, fans took note of Kim’s lack of words about her ex.
“Not her saying ‘my kids dad’,” one person pointed out, as another wrote: “Heavy emphasis on ‘they’ wanted to order it for him.”
A third slammed: “She didn’t even say his name. Like ‘b, I don’t need u,’ energy.”
While a fourth admitted: “She’s living her best life without him.”
TOO MUCH?
However, some fans didn’t focus on the slight snub, but on how much Kim spent on the luxurious gingerbread houses.
The make-up and beauty mogul purchased the homes from Solvang Bakery, which cost up to $500 each.
The gingerbread house had white frosting all over and cookies placed in front of the open doorway.
Kim captioned the post: “These make our holiday season so special.”
In the comments section of a fan account, fans slammed the TV personality for spending time on social media instead of with her four children.
One critic said: “Do your children no longer build gingerbread houses with you anymore?”
A second commenter added: “Why not have fun making it with your kids…?”
A third critic commented: “Why don’t you build your own houses instead of buying one for each kid, and it gets wasted?”
“The whole point is having the kids make them. Anyone can buy them and post them,” admitted another.
Someone else chimed in: “I thought the point of a gingerbread house is to make it with your kids to spend quality time with them. Not buy it ready.”
CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS GALORE
Kim continued to fuel the holiday spirits of her 364million Instagram followers by showing off her over-the-top Christmas trees inside her $60million Los Angeles home.
In the video posted on Instagram, she walked through a grand hallway inside her massive mansion revealing 15 Christmas trees that appeared to be covered in snow.
A pianist could be heard playing holiday music in the background – a tradition Kim has been carrying out for years, despite backlash.
They did not feature lights or other decorations, only fake snow.
Kim’s walking tour ended in her living room where the cream-colored piano could be seen.
Next to the massive instrument was a white Christmas tree lit up with yellow-white lights.
