Beyonce teaches Blue Ivy humility by feeding Hurricane Harvey victims in her hometown of Houston.

As a megastar, Beyonce is used to being treated like royalty.

But Queen Bey turned the tables as she returned to Houston – her hometown – to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey.

Giving Blue Ivy a lesson in humility, the mother had her daughter help her staff a feeding station, handing out meals of rice and beans to people in need.

The five-year-old, dressed in a simple white T-shirt, looked on as her smiling mother talked to every person she served.

The set of pictures showing the visit were posted to Beyonce’s Instagram on Sunday.

They also showed the pair handing out supplies. These included baby diapers, which as a mother of newborn twins, Beyonce knows the importance.

The mother-of-three also shared words of encouragement as she spoke to the congregation at St. John’s Church on Friday afternoon, leading ‘a celebration of survival’ about two weeks after the disaster first struck the area.
