Lois’ Truth Pill Will Be Hard For Sonny To Swallow As Nina Pleads For Forgiveness — Is She Too Late?

General Hospital Spoilers leak Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) is about to blow Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) world to bits.

Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) was intent on keeping the truth as pillow talk with Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) now that the Corinthos clan was finally getting along and at peace, but Lois is a woman of principle who believes the truth is best served straight.

Sonny won’t want to believe what Lois has to say, but he’s also known her for far too long to believe she’s a liar or easily misinformed.

She wouldn’t report any of this to him if she had any doubt that she got it twisted. Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) is the SEC tipster, and Ned and Olivia have been lying to him about it. Will Nina have any shot at making things right, or will Sonny be done with her forever?

General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Corinthos Goes Straight To Carly Spencer

One would think Sonny would relish the opportunity to hear the truth — or otherwise — from Nina’s lips, but it’ll be the last thing on his mind when what Lois says sets in.

Meanwhile, Nina is headed to the docks to meet him and allegedly hopes to tell him the truth — though she always chickens out. But he won’t be there waiting for her with bells on.

Instead, he’ll race to get to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and deliver the news to her before anyone else can.

When Nina shows up and Sonny is nowhere to be found, who might clue her in to what has transpired in her absence while she was caught up with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober)?

GH Spoilers – Report Nina Reeves Begs For Mercy

Sooner or later, Nina and Sonny will come back together — but maybe not in the sense that they were just hours before. Looking forward to years of new years eves together may quickly have become a thing of the past.

Sonny is going to be devastated and furious with Nina that she lied once again. She tried to put the mother of his children in prison.

He will know there is no way they can move forward together because he would never be able to trust her with sensitive information about his family.

How could they possibly have a marriage that way? Nina is likely to plead with Sonny to give her another chance, but it doesn’t look good.

General Hospital Spoilers — What Lies Ahead

If Sonny doesn’t give Nina any wiggle room to make it up to him or earn his trust back, then we can expect a fairly quick and straightforward divorce to follow. But that doesn’t mean their whole family will wrap up this mess in a neat and tidy fashion.

There’s still the question of why Olivia and Ned lied to protect Nina. That’s going to be hard on both Sonny and Carly. But Carly will have Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to lean on.

Eyewitnesses along with Russian and Ukrainian military bloggers first reported the attack, with anonymous Ukrainian military officials later telling RBC Ukraine the strike was conducted with the US-manufactured ATACMS (Army Tactical Missile System).
