Several social media users pointed out that Taylor Swift was rocking unusually long nails when she hit the red carpet at the 2024 Golden Globes Sunday night.
The 34-year-old “Cruel Summer” singer, who is currently on a break from her record-breaking Eras Tour, sported sparkly silver tips rather than her go-to short nails at the star-studded event in Los Angeles.
“She never has her nails done. You might be thinking that’s an insane thing to freak out about and it means nothing,” one TikTok user mused, before waving their index finger to indicate that wasn’t the case.
Several others posited their theories in the comments section, many of which related to the impending release of her re-recorded album, “Reputation (Taylor’s Version).”
“SHE LITERALLY SAID HER NAILS CAN BE EASTER EGGS,” one person wrote, while another chimed in with, “shes [sic] plotting something.”

Fans were quick to point out that her slinky green gown might also be an Easter egg for “Reputation (Taylor’s Version).”
The songstress, who has been dating Travis Kelce since last summer, found herself in the spotlight during the star-studded awards show when host Jo Koy awkwardly dissed her romance with the NFL player.
Swift was visibly unimpressed when the comedian attempted to crack a joke about her attendance at Kelce’s football games, which have been heavily documented over the past few months.
