Brilliant lady bags bachelors degree in just 3 years at US university, set to earn masters

A brilliant lady named Seghen Teferi has bagged her bachelor’s degree in Sports management in just three years at Texas Tech University in the United States.

Seghen bagged her bachelor’s degree in Sports management with a with a minor in Public Relations and Strategic Communications Management. She graduated with a 3.80 honors grade (Magna Cum Laude).

She took top Linkedin to celebrate her achievement of obtaining the degree stating that she was able to earn her bachelor in just three years at the university instead of the usual four years.

”On May 12th, 2023 at 11am I graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management Magna Cum Laude (3.8) with a minor in Public Relations and Strategic Communications Management,” she said.

Seghem mentioned that though completing her degree in three years was quick it was full of promise. She thanked the College of Media & Communication, Texas Tech University, and the Texas Tech University Kinesiology & Sport Management programs for the knowledge, skills, and networks she developed over the three years.

While at the university, Seghen was on the president’s List three times and dean’s Honor List three times, and was also a recipient of the president’s scholarship six different times.

She was also very active in different organizations and extracurricular activities within and outside the school. She stated that she will be continuing her education at the same Texas Tech University where she will be pursuing her Masters of Science in Sport Management.

She said she will study for her masters at the Texas Tech University Kinesiology & Sport Management and also earn another Master of Business Administration at Texas Tech University, Rawls College of Business.

Seghen stated that she will be studying for her master’s in hopes of furthering her promise of becoming an athletic director at either collegiate or professional level.
