General Hospital (GH) spoilers report Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) are headed for more uncharted waters ahead, but it just may be the glue they needed to really tether them back together after the most topsy-turvy year of their lives.
Nearly calling it quits after it was revealed on their wedding night that Portia had been lying about Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) paternity for two decades, the couple was fit to fall apart when Curtis was shot and left paralyzed.
While that trauma pulled them back together, it didn’t actually cement their future with one another until more recently. With Curtis’ ability to walk waving on the horizon, will he be up for the surprise news Portia has to share?

Even doctors can get a little careless and caught up in the moment from time to time. Portia was looking forward to a night on the town and dinner with her husband on their first wedding anniversary.
The last thing she was expecting was takeout being delivered and the house all to themselves. Seizing the opportunity to celebrate in the proper fashion, they hit the hay early.
Rumor has it that just a few weeks from now, Portia is in for a shock when she realizes she is pregnant.

A baby will be welcomed news for this pair. They’ve had so much bad news and heartache over the last year.
The news will also compound Portia’s newfound concerns that Curtis might be the next name on some mysterious hitman’s list of people to take out in his tirade against the mob network.
Furthermore, word on the street is Trina won’t take the news so well. She’s just not ready to move into the future and participate in a world yet that doesn’t include Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez).
