In 2005, Diddy, born Sean Combs, purchased the residence for $3.82 мιIIιоn. According to the records, he received $5.7 мιIIιоn in a cash transaction twelve years later. However, he had difficulty getting there.
The 52-year-old “Coming Home” singer initially listed the property in 2014 with an asking price of $8 мιIIιоn. Several price reductions occurred over the years prior to its eventual sale.
The apartment has been completely remodeled, with wide-plank solid wood floors, lofty ceilings, and individualized finishes.
According to the listing, the kitchen features premium appliances, a vented cooktop, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. The flooring in the primary en suite bathroom is heated.
