Dante’s Fight For His Life Sparks Life In Lulu — Is Emme Rylan Coming Back?

General Hospital spoilers reveal Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) may never recover from being shot. As Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) waits eagerly by his hospital bedside for any sign that he’s soon to wake up, Dante could be a million miles away in his own head — or another realm altogether.

Some fans are praying to the GH writing Gods for Lulu Falconeri’s (Emme Rylan) return just long enough to welcome Dante at the gates of Heaven.

Or, in contrast, to send him back because it’s not his time. But would that mean Lulu is dead and gone for good? Perhaps there is a better way to get these two back on-screen and face-to-face.

General Hospital Spoilers — Heaven Can Wait

No one really wants Lulu to be dead, and how would Dante ever explain that encounter to Laura Collins (Genie Francis) if he came back from the Great Beyond insisting Lulu was there to send him home?

It’s clear that it’s not Dante’s time, but he may be down for the count for as long as the storyline requires him to hold out on corroborating Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) version of events on the pier.

GH Spoilers – Hint Lulu Falconeri Wakes Up

While Dante is unconscious and fighting for his life, rumor has it the magic of their connection and the love Lulu has for their grieving children may just wake her up. It’s about darned time, right?

Of course, Lulu waking up while Dante is out of commission would only delay their reunion, causing more angst and build-up tension in the process.

Of course, it would be a good kind of tension — the kind that was building before Julian Jerome (William deVry) blew up the Floating Rib with Lulu and many others inside it.

General Hospital Spoilers — The Road Ahead

If Lulu does return while Dante is down for the count, she’ll have her work cut out for her. Not only does she have two children to reunite with, but the trauma of learning what has happened to Dante could make her own recovery more difficult.

Likewise, she may find it hard to deny that forces outside of herself were at work bringing her back at a time when her kids would need her most. But is Lulu’s return the end of her and Dante where she gets to watch Sam grieve over the man she loves?

Or is this just the beginning, and will Dante wake up with a different take on his life if his ex-wife is back? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see how this plays out.
