Kourtney Kardashian took to Instagram on Friday to share a postpartum style tip with her 224 million followers.

The 44-year-old new mom posed for a mirror selfie and wore husband Travis Barker‘s white and blue sports jersey.

She captioned the photo: ‘Last night’s postpartum how to get ready in 5 seconds tip of the day… wear your husband’s oversized jerseys.’

The mother-of-four added a black mini skirt and to-the-knee black biker boots and pulled her hair back.

The reality television star welcomed her fourth child and her first with her husband, Rocky, in November.

Kardashian wore a similar look in another image shared to her Instagram Stories and she was joined by 11-year-old daughter Penelope Disick.

She wore a blue and white, netted jersey and added a brown mini skirt, white socks, black loaders, and a beige trench coat.

She slicked her raven locks back and wore a pair of glossy, black, oval-shaped sunglasses.

Penelope was casual in a dark blue Blink-182 T-shirt, black zip-up hoodie, jeans, and yellow sneakers.

Over on her lifestyle brand Poosh’s Instagram account, Kourtney teased her favorite products for a two-minute makeup routine.

The post showed The Kardashians star in a matte leather trench coat with piecy, slicked hair.

And the hashtag ‘#pooshtheboundaries’ was added.

Kourtney is currently on tour with Barker, who is the drummer in Blink-182

Kourtney cares about what’s on the inside in addition to her physical appearance and wellness.

She and Travis have visited a number of vegetarian restaurants and cafes during their time in Australia, where his band has had its most recent tour leg.

The blink-182 drummer is a vegan and even opened up vegan restaurant Crossroads Kitchen in Calabasas.

The lovebirds were spotted heading out for lunch earlier this week at the popular vegetarian restaurant The Vegie Bar in Fitzroy.

And last week they were spotted enjoying a Thai vegetarian meal at the renowned Peace Harmony restaurant in Sydney’s CBD.
