Mbappe expressed his attitude about being replaced early, sending a mysterious message to PSG

Mbappe had a confusing move on social networks after being replaced early in the match between PSG and Marseille.

In the 65th minute of the match between Marseille and PSG in round 27 of Ligue 1 (PSG won 2-0), PSG coach Luis Enrique replaced Kylian Mbappe with Goncalo Ramos. The French striker also seemed surprised by this decision, even showing his frustration.

Mbappe expressed his attitude, posting a meaningful post on social networks after coach Enrique pulled him off the field

Not only did Mbappe avoid contact with the media after the match, he also posted on his personal Instagram a photo capturing the moment he took the captain’s armband and lazily left the field and turned his back on the camera. Currently, the photo is spreading widely on social networks. In the comments section, fans also made predictions about the message Mbappe wanted to send.

In mid-February, European media simultaneously confirmed that Mbappe had informed PSG of his decision to leave after his contract expired in the summer of 2024, thereby ending a 7-year “love relationship”. The 25-year-old striker’s decision seemed to upset the board of directors and head coach Luis Enrique. Since round 21 until now, he has only had one full 90-minute match, the rest were replaced early or were not allowed on the field.

In an interview with RMC Sport, coach Luis Enrique bluntly responded to reporters when repeatedly asked about his decision to replace his beloved player early: “It’s always the same tone, from week to week, so boring. I am the head coach, making decisions every day and that is what I will do until my last day at PSG. I always try to find the best solution for PSG, sometimes it can be confusing but these are my choices.”

As for PSG, the 3 points won against Marseille helped the Parisian club firmly secure the top position in the Ligue 1 rankings with 62 points/27 rounds, 12 points more than second-place team Brest.
