Todd Boehly keen on talented youngsters
It has been a clear ambition of Todd Boehly and co to bring in the top young players in world football before their fellow elite sides get a hold of them.
The highlight addition up to now has been Kendry Paez, who is not even eligible to join up with Chelsea for another year or so.
However, he has already been involved in training sessions with the first team, and is a full regular international for Ecuador alongside club-record signing Moises Caicedo.

The Ligue 1 side have already benefited off the back of some Chelsea loanees this season, with the latest completely turning their form around.
The club decided they were the best possible place for Andrey Santos to make a move to, after seeing the first half of the season wasted at Nottingham Forest.
Since coming into the Strasbourg side, they have not lost a game, and the Brazilian has been key to their turnaround in form.
They will be hoping if they do receive Messi that they will be able to benefit in a similar way to how they have this season, and hopefully more in the future.
