Emma Stone has sold her vibrant Los Angeles mini-compound for $4.3 million.

The home sold within two months of hitting the market and for over its asking price

It didn’t take long for Oscar-winning actress Emma Stone to unload her 1920s Los Angeles home—and for more than the asking price.

The Spanish-style spread, in the city’s Westwood, hit the market in mid-January for $3.995 million. It sold Tuesday for $4.3 million, according to Sotheby’s International Realty, which handled the listing.

The house was so well received by potential buyers that more than 100 attended an open house the first weekend it was on the market and it received multiple offers, according to The Wall Street Journal, which reported when the home entered contract last month.

The buyer that bagged the home, though, was particularly drawn to the authenticity of the property and its modern color palette, which is “not the typical white on white,” said listing agent Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty – Beverly Hills Brokerage.

Buyers are increasingly drawn to quality when it comes to luxury real estate, Lavey said. They’re “moved by smart programming, thoughtful details and a quality in design and craftsmanship which is just not the norm in the market.”

A “savvy buyer understands the value and will pay for quality and the convenience of not having to do this themselves,” he added. “When this is presented in its highest form, buyers react very quickly, even when the price may be higher.”

The “La La Land” star, who has just received a Golden Globe award as well as an Oscar nomination for her role in “Poor Things,” paid $2.3 million for the house in 2019 using a trust, records with PropertyShark show.

After her purchase, Stone, 35, reportedly added a guesthouse to the gated mini-compound and renovated the four-bedroom main residence, while retaining original details like the beamed ceilings and tiled courtyard.

Due to the recent nature of the sale, public records are not yet available for the deal, and as such, Mansion Global couldn’t identify the buyer.
