‘For over a year, Blac Chyna has been fighting to get her day in court against Robert Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian West, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner,’ Chyna’s lawyer Lisa Bloom said in a statement on Wednesday.
‘Chyna alleges that she was slut-shamed, defamed and the victim of a plot to kill her hit show, Rob & Chyna, causing her significant financial damages.’
Bloom also stated that the Kardashian family has tried to avoid going to trial.
‘The Kardashian family has filed numerous motions with the court, seeking to have the case thrown out so that Chyna would not get to present her case at trial,’ she said.

‘As her attorneys, we have fought these motions every step of the way, and the case has remained alive.’
And she celebrated a win for Chyna.
‘Today the court rejected the Kardashian family’s request to strike Chyna’s entire lawsuit,’ she added.
‘Instead, the court struck only portions of six paragraphs out of a 317-paragraph complaint,’ it was added.
‘Most importantly, all of Chyna’s legal claims stay in. Chyna will therefore be permitted to have her day in court.’

It was also shared that Chyna and her team ‘look forward to getting a trial date next month.’
Chyna has alleged that Kris, Kim, Khloé and Kylie published defamatory things about her and kept the second season of Rob & Chyna from getting made.
Together Chyna and Rob, 31, have daughter Dream and they shared custody of her.
It is not yet known if the trial will be filmed for Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Chyna has an odd relationship with the family: she has a child with Tyga, who Kylie Jenner used to date. She also used to be close friends with Kim Kardashian. And for a time was set to wed Rob, with whom she has Dream.

In documents obtained by TMZ, she maintains Kylie’s team has failed to make her available, which in turn, has made it nearly impossible to properly prepare for the upcoming trial, which was then slated for October 17.
In the accusations, Chyna said Kylie’s team has not produced a single document they’ve requested to prep for the case, and that her lawyers will ask the judge to step in and force her to make a move if she doesn’t do so on her own.
She believes she is owed the money Kylie was paid for her reality television series because Life Of Kylie took up the slot on E!’s network schedule when Chyna’s series was cancelled.
It’s unclear how much money Kylie made on her show.
According to The Blast, court documents filed by Chyna state: ‘The money paid to defendants for their services on Life Of Kylie was acquired through the unlawful means of intentionally interfering with her contract for a second season of Rob & Chyna.’

She added that the family threatened to pull their show Keeping Up With The Kardashians from E! if the network did not cancel her show with Rob.
She has also maintained that Rob asked personally for Rob and Chyna not to be cancelled.
The court documents submitted by Chyna claim that the second season of the show began filming in early 2017, despite the paperwork having not been finished.
The lawsuit states: ‘Reality television thrives on colorful personalities engaging in conflict. If anything, the E! network saw more potential in a second season given the success of season one and the new, unpredictable co-parenting relationship between Chyna and Rob.’
