KHLOE Kardashian has left fans concerned for True and Psalm after the star shared a photo of the pair sporting matching injuries.

The Good American founder revealed how both kids were injured and shared positive updates on their condition.

Khloe, 38, posted pictures of True, five, and Psalm, four, posing together in her home gym.

The duo held up their injured arms, showing off their respective casts.

True – who had on an all-pink ensemble that included a matching top and shorts – was sporting a pink and black cast on her right arm.

Psalm, for his part, had on a mostly black outfit with a black cast on his left arm.

His injury appeared to also require a sling, which was across his chest.

In another photo, True posed with her hand in the air making a peace sign with her fingers.

She was smiling while standing in front of a blank wall.

Khloe shared a third photo of True in the same spot, this time standing with her arms behind her back.

The Hulu star captioned the post: “Summer 2023. Cousin cast club.

“Trampoline and monkey bars.”

She concluded: “They had a ball this summer.”

CARE & CONCERN

In the comments, fans sent supportive words to Khloe and both kids, calling them “poor babies.”

One commenter wrote: “Awww hope they’re ok!! True is rocking that cast though, always shining bright.”

Khloe also shared a series of Instagram Story posts that showed True and her friends enjoying a shopping spree.

The young Kardashians personality and her gal pals were seen picking out personalized patches to stick on bags that would bear their names and things they like.

At one point, Khloe captioned one of her videos: “The girls were so happy @stoneyclover.”

She also posted a photo of her daughter outside of the store smiling.

She had on a tie-dye mini dress and a pair of sneakers.

Her cast was tucked slightly behind her back in the photo.

MAMA DRAMA

In addition to showing off True and her nephew Psalm spending family time together, Khloe has been giving fans glimpses at her young son Tatum.

The star posted snapshots from his recent birthday party, leaving some fans concerned over tiny details in the pics.

She shared a carousel of pics that began with Khloe holding Tatum in her arm while sitting next to True.

They all had on all-white as the mother-daughter duo smiled and looked into the camera.

Khloe continued holding her baby boy while standing near a wall of flowers.

The last photo showed the Hulu reality star snapping a selfie with her now-toddler, who wrapped his fingers around his older cousin North West’s nose.

In an online thread, fans claimed Khloe looked detached and distant while holding her son close.

One commenter wrote: “Does anyone else feel like Khloe is still detached from her baby? She holds him on her hip like an accessory.

“And almost looks like she’s pulling away.”
