Rowan, who was part of Wyatt’s original group ‘The Wyatt Family’ alongside Luke Harper and later Braun Strowman, is said to have put pen to paper on a new deal at the company.
He left in 2020 after being released by the company, appearing in other promotions, including rival company AEW, in the years since.
The 42-year-old appeared on-screen in the first WWE show after the passing of Wyatt was announced, standing on the stage alongside other wrestlers as he struggled to hold back the tears.
During his time in the company, he was involved in a number of storylines alongside Wyatt, who was his group’s fictional leader, before later aligning with Daniel Bryan and departing.

WWE fans have been theorising what the company could have in store for the Wyatt storyline, with it widely suggested that real-life brother Bo Dallas will continue his role as Uncle Howdy, which he portrayed in Wyatt’s final few months in WWE.
The likes of Bliss, who has been absent from TV to have a baby, are also expected to be involved in a ‘Wyatt 6’ faction that would be linked to the characters he had created during his ruin as The Fiend, such as Huskus, Sister Abigail and Mercy.
Rowan is likely to play a part when he returns on-screen, with the likes of Joe Gacy, Dexter Lumis and Nikki Cross also linked with the story.
